Residential Águas da Brava

The facade redesign for Residencial Águas da Brava arose from the client’s need to update the previously approved scheme, aligning it with contemporary architectural tendencies and the expectations of the current property market. The central challenge was to reinterpret an already constructed building, enhancing its character while respecting its existing massing, proportions, and original openings.

This transformation was achieved through a carefully considered approach to colour, texture, and materiality. A renewed palette incorporating natural stone cladding, concrete finishes, and refined paintwork introduced depth and sophistication, providing the building with a refreshed identity without requiring major structural alterations. The proposal also includes a redesigned entrance area, new balcony balustrades, strategically positioned lighting points, and updated metalwork, all contributing to a cohesive and elegant architectural language.
