The proposal envisions Renosto Residential as a refined statement of contemporary urban living, with six thoughtfully designed apartments arranged two per floor — ideal for those seeking compact yet highly functional homes.
The architectural concept balances modern aesthetics with local identity, utilizing materials and proportions that reflect the region’s cultural and architectural heritage. Clean lines and a timeless form integrate seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood.
Each unit is designed for spatial efficiency, comfort, and style, offering a progressive approach to urban living while paying tribute to the traditions that shape the city’s character. This study demonstrates how thoughtful design can bridge past and present to meet emerging residential demands.
