This guest bedroom was reimagined for a young couple looking to create a welcoming and timeless retreat within their home. The interior embraces a soft boho aesthetic, blending pastel tones, natural textures, and clean lines to evoke warmth and simplicity.
A key feature of the space is the custom slatted wall treatment, finished in a rustic white, which appears both behind the bed and on the opposite wall, where it frames a large mirror — enhancing light and the sense of depth. The existing built-in wardrobe was refreshed with new handles, giving it a modern yet subtle update that complements the overall design language.
Furnishings strike a balance between accessible and refined: the bed, floating shelves, bedside tables, and area rug are from IKEA, while carefully selected lighting and decorative accents from Kave Home bring a layer of sophistication and texture.
The project delivered a complete transformation through minimal architectural changes and a smart use of budget, resulting in a space that is both practical and visually cohesive.
